Well, I have no concrete plans to develop. I threw this in here for a appraisal on a lark - I tried selling it on eBay twice to no effect.

Absolutely, this is one of the rare situations where a ccTLD can work well in the mainstream. It would be a bargain at $1000!

It's a highly brandable and meaningful domain. The fact that .PA is the ccTLD for Panama is irrelevant. I would say the same for NewYork.NY, Miami.FL, LosAngeles.CA, Chicago.IL, etc.

How much would you valuate Philadephia.Biz, .US, .INFO, .ORG? I would put a very high price tag on any of those. There's no reason this couldn't serve a viable alternative.

Exactly! Philadelphia.pa would be worth something, whereas Philadelphia.com.pa is not.
