looking for a ballpark for petsearcher.com. we've received several emails with an intent to buy with no actual offers yet.

also, petsearcher can be sold just as the domain, or as the entire site (which includes a web-crawler and search engine software, banner ad software, and design elements, etc.) should each of these elements be priced separately and how does one set a value for them?
