very nice - I like it..

Well if you really want me to make a few recommendations I will.
I, personally, would make the logo the same as the background color. The page looks very longnated. Is that a word - well it is now. Maybe make your logo smaller (height) to help line up buttons next to it. play with the Valign option that might help.

I would make the top table (with logo and buttons) same width as the bottom table (where it says pchangout)

Just my thoughts - but it looks good anyway.
