I have been limited by paypal and have logged-in and have done all verification required.
Except for 1 item. Verify by phone. Guess what, I don't have a land line. I use my cell phone and my wife uses hers.
Paypal wont allow "phone verification" by cell phone.
Paypal needs to grow up and realize that there's a good % of the population that don't use land lines anymore.
Meanwhile, paypal won't be getting hundreds of dollars in renewal fees being passed through them.
