With website - the value is determined by various factors, including revenue and traffic.

Without website - maybe you can sell it to a local handyman in Pasadena, but this domain is very limited. I don't see any reseller value here, maybe $50 at most. $200 - 400 to an end-user.

It is worth owning for an end user, but is not really a primary domain. I doubt it would sell for much of premium. Pasadena is a city of around 100K people but there endless cities like that in the LA area.

If it was LosAngelesHandyman.com or LAHandyman.com it would have a broader appeal as it encompasses the entire area.

You could probably find a buyer for low $XXX.
