Partner needed for domain registar

I am starting a... "registar", more like a domain reseller but that's ok. So, the thing is, it requires a $200 investment. I'm looking for a few admins who will work with me and invest $50 each. They WILL get this back, as it's an deposit(they go towards domains). We will be selling $6.80 .coms .nets and .orgs. Once they pay, they will get free domains and money. Once they get no more than 7 free domains and change equaling out to the $50, they can either get out then.. Or they can get 1/4 of the profit. I need the flowoing spots:
Legal department
Vice President
Promotion

a contract for a $50 investment? it will cost you x2 that to get it signed/witnessed.... just go with trader feedback or gut feeling..

With a $200 investment, do you really need a contract, VP, Legal dept, promo dept, etc?
