domain Partially Developed Site

Please Appraise the domain name:

WaysToMakeMoney.org

and the partially devoloped site.

http://waystomakemoney.org

It Is not 100% complete.

The site will be about different ways to make money from internet ventures, investments, and businesses.
I am in the process of obtaining reciprocal links from the sites on my links directory.
I am also in the process of adding "targeted" banner ads on my site.
The site has a forum which im also working on organizing.

Yes, this name is memorable and obviously reads well, but long. The .org is a bigger issue I think. Still it leaves plenty of room for good development. Low $xx with room to grow.

No, it's not. I think .orgs are much more apealing when you're looking for something to help you out, because you KNOW the website and whoever owns it is not trying to get your money.

I understand your point, but I think that the .info would fit better in this case after the .com and .net. The .biz would make a lot of sense also, but extension not as good.

I don't agree that we "KNOW" the website and owner is not after our money when it is a .org. Personally, I'm often skeptical of sites with .org extension and otherwise doing business. BUT, a well developed and managed site does appeal to me even with the .org.

Ultimately, I believe all extensions potentially lead to type-in traffic for the .com version of the same name, no matter what the domain name. All other extensions tend to have strong and weak points depending on the domain name being used.

As stated previously, this is a decent domain with plenty of room for development...the name will not bring down the value of development.

I also have the .info "waystomakemoney.info" ....I didn't think .info would be as valuable,

What does that do to the appraised value if the site had both "waystomakemoney.org" and "waystomakemoney.info" pointing to it?
