Parking sites

I've never parked a site before and considering parking some of my unused domains. Whats an average rate of return on a parked site and what type of advertising do you have to do for one?

It is very easy to park the site. I have some links on my site in SIG and the best is Sedo. I have there domain that has just 100 visitors per month but making 5USD if you have more domains like this or even better or with more visitors than you can make more.
