Pagerank dropped

Hi All,

I observed that one of my domain names which had pagerank 5 dropped to 4 now . I did not know that page rank drops also. How do I stop it from goin more down?/

Last I read big G can penalize or punish you if they feel you have violated some TOS agreements. I had a PR4 site go down to 2 because someone decided to spam all of my boards on a site I was not paying much attention to.
