Page Rank Valid or not

i saw a domain with PR 5

but i saw the domain with " www " shows Fake PR while checked with page rank checking website like cekpr

the domain without the part www show the page rank is real

So is the page rank real or not?

I would say no page rank.

Of course, without knowing the domain to check, who knows.

why this question of yours?
A domain you are going to buy, or just saw a site and checked page rank?
