I think the LLLLL.com value is not yet in a good stage, anyway and even being not premium it's pronunciable and drop close to 40k Google search results, would give it an early mid-high xxx even low x,xxx

sadly, right now its probably worth reg fee or a bit more.... you might be able to swing 30-50 bucks out of it if you get a good buyer.... to an enduser thou, the domain can be worth thousands potentially.... i'd develop it if i were you and then it will definitely be worth more. Or just sit on it.... or flip it if you can for a quick few bucks.... either way its a good name, just be aware, selling it for hundreds to thousands is not going to be easy.. (unless this is a word in some other language that i am not aware of...)

I see a lot are going for good prices on Afternic, TDNAM, Snapnames and NameJet

Do you think its better to hold on to these names for a while

well this has been talked about in a bunch of 5L threads.... having 5L's vs. 4L's is a huge difference statistically...

with 4L domains you have less than half a million possibilities altogether and 4 letters is short enough to be an acronym....

with 5L domains there are over 11 million possibilities total, and the domains are too long to be acronyms then, so they have to be brandable/pronouncable names.... so IMO the more pronouncable the name is and easier it is to remember or attach an idea to the more valuable it is.... i dont think 'premium/anti premium' letters matter so much when it comes to 5L's.... look at yahoo.... a lot of people i know have 5L's and are just holding them for awhile...its definitely going to take a long time (years) for all 5L's to increase in value, but pronouncable good ones are already worth more than reg fee i believe.... still thou its tough to sell someone on that when there are potentially still millions of possibilities out there to hand reg even now... you just gotta be creative.... but the really good ones are gone now for the most part....

again, this is all just my opinion but i feel like long term and with patience good memorable 5L's will be valuable in time and will increase in value as internet usage increases.... but i'd still stay diversified and not rest all of my money into these....but its not bad to have some for sure... in time all short domains will increase in value... supply and demand...

the way i determine if a 5L is good is if i can tell the name to someone and they can spell it for me without seeing it.... a lot of 5L's dont have this attribute...definitely something to look for.

Nice advice martinsky !! I have been doing this for months now. Telling people the name and having them spell it. If they can't spell it, it ain't worth regging IMHO.
