There are dozens of reported sales for the keyword debt. So there is hope.
The problem is that it's not as good as GetOutOfDebt, DebtConsolidation or DebtElimination etc. It's rather negative. Overwhelming suggests that the point of no return has more or less been reached already. On the other hand GetOutOfDebt or DebtElimination have the way out for you
Other extensions are available.
Mixed feelings on this one, I don't think it would fetch more than low $$$. Good luck.

It's also too long for PPC. Debt companies who use PPC to generate leads need short names ideally, as PPC companies impose a character count on ads.
