Just picked it up with a Snap. Monster keywords - Orlando Florida gets 312,522 in Overture. Though I would rather have just Orlando.org, The two words get far more searches (Orlando alone gets 92,000). It's America's vacation capital of course and the home of Disney World, Universal Studios, Nickelodeon, etc. (Over 820,000 pages in Google for "Orlando Florida"). Looks to me like it could have a lot of appeal for a travel/vacation or real estate site.

I wouldn't sell this for less than $1500 to a timeshare company. They have the bucks, will use it to make them back quickly, and it targets their industry. Good Luck

Thanks to Wanda and Domainut for the TimeShare idea. I had not thought of that (even though they are big business in the Orlando area). That's an avenue worth exploring!

If I were them, I'd rather have yours Duke! Best bet, IMO ... would be to work your way through these results and make the contacts for close to "retail" payoff. It would be in the best interest of their city's "City page", "Chamber site", and/or any tourism reference to have an interest in the domain. It only makes sense! Please remember that when I say "retail", that it is an .ORG retail ... and audience not likely to have commercial $$.
All that being said, $250 - $375+, IMHO.
This is a case where the more entities you contact, the greater your chances of not only selling the domain, but actually playing one of the other, insofar as pricing. Love these "regional" .ORG's!
