Original Template Needed <=$200

I will pay up to $200.

I need a template that can be used for several of my sites with some minor modifcations on my part. I prefer non-flash with minimal graphics for fast loading. I have several different logos, one of which should be in the top right or left corner ~ 80X275. I would like CSS to be used so I could change the colors of the site to match different logos easily.

The following sections should be in text so I can add or remove them as needed:

Home
Catalog
Reviews
About (Us)
Wiki
Links (Directory)
Contact

I would prefer the site be designed with a % width so it will fit to all screens.

Let me know if you have any questions. I would like to get this moving and will pay the designer 50% with image approval and 50% upon completion via paypal. Post or PM samples and your bid.

I will own the original upon final payment.

I am willing to pay $200 to get the template created. I prefer a simple clean look.

Here are the two I would like the template for:

The logo should go in the in the top left corner and a search box like on the examples above in the top right. The main navigation sections should under the search from right to left. The size of the logos in the examples above are typical. I have transparent versions of the logo so I could match the background. If <tables> or <div> can be used with background colors I could change the site to match the logo. If you are going to use images make I would like the solid so I could change the colors.

I like the look the top navigation of IBM.com and the clean look and dynamic width of sitepoint.com

The header should be only slightly larger than the logo so scrolling will be kept to a minimum.

The bottom should pull together the header.
