Org4.org - end user potential I imagine, but value?

Lancinate.com - the word Lancinate basically means "to cut", hence the root word Lance (I'd rather have Lacerate.com !) Surprisingly registered in the majors and a couple minors. Estibot says $150, but the term is virtually unkown. Any value?

Meliority.com - Meliority basically means to make better or improve, root word Meliorate. Only .net is also registered. I like the word and its definition, but does it have any value above reg fee?

If you have to explain what the word is then it has no value above regfee unfortunately. If estibot gives a value of only $150 for a dictionary word then it is really bad as it gives one of mine which wouldnt have any value an appraisal of 770 and I have seen other bad dictionary words which are not worth anything get appraisals of 1000+

Also please explain how org4.org has end user potential?
