Opt-in Email script

Im going on vacation next week and before i leave i need to have a 1 page site setup.
Ill design and code the index page myself, but i need someone to setup a good opt-in email list manager with admin backend.

I need to be able to Email all customers at once, and induvidually.
I dont have a preference for a specific script, so if you know a good one and can set it up for me, please pm me!

chenzen i want to give away free items on that site. I have to be able to pick the 'winners' and contact them induvidually.

Not sure if a script like that exists though!?
