Online Image Manipulation App

Does any1 know of a webbased image manipulation app that would allow me to do such things as remove red eyes in photos, put borders around photos, of resize.

I assume this sort of app would be java based, however not sure.

Any help would be appreciated!!

I know of such things for GIF manipulation, but I don't think I've heard of such a service for JPGs. Why are you looking for such a service instead of just downloading a program to make corrections to your photos?

i am wanting to put it on a website, to allow people to upload their photo albums and modify them...

Oh, wow. That's a great idea for a service. Would get a lot of traffic, too. Please let us know what you find. I haven't seen anything like that available.
