Just can't see anyone buying this. Might be the 'correct' spelling but anyone would naturally type in odessa. Can't see the attraction of the name undeveloped with .biz either way.

to register a .biz name, you should have a bonafide business name with that domain. Otherwise, it could be contested. And the one who have a bonafide business name will win.
