The UDRP filed against the domain name OBO.com ended with the Complainant, OBO Bettermann Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, found guilty of engaging in Reverse Domain Name Hijacking.

It's risky because the domain was dropped, date of registration was refreshed. Anyone with oyu tm can claim a domain for free.
