Well, if you happen to have a domain like 'nsb' that have universal resolvability even without the extension, then it should be worth a lot. Talking hypothetically here, of course, as its its technically impossible only if you have some special arrangement with the internet's root servers.
My guess is the thread starter meant nsb.com, in which case I think the name's worth mid-$X,XXX wholesale, and mid-$XX,XXX retail.
