NP$ & Domain Credit

Can somebody tell me the difference between NP$ and Domain Credit? I can use both towards purchasing a domain, correct?

Yes, but for domain credit that is the only thing you can use it for.

OK, so, right now, I have 29.10 Hosting Points and 10 NameBucks. I add them togeter and get 39.10 points that can go towards a new domain, correct?

NP domain credit is worth the same as regular NP$ for purchasing domain services, but it cannot be transferred to other NamePros members.
