15? ehh that is nothing. I'd hold out for the one with a pagerank of 20 then you are really talking. After all if google is 10, a 20 must be the website that every user that has ever logged onto the internet has visited or will visit, ya know?

I had a PR 21.5 last time I looked, willing to exchange links.

I wonder how many people this guy has actually fooled thus far. He wouldn't be saying it unless it worked. I think the other thing that is a bit funny about the whole message is that you link is put in their database, which is a single page, yet they talk about their pages having PRs of 10 to 15. I'm sure they're setting up to get you to pay a nominal fee to get listed on those other incredibly high PR pages.
