Recently .cc domains have been decreasing in value since so many popular keywords are available. I recommend you hold on to this name until the value of these names comes back up when people register the good keywords and LLL domains. Great keyword but give the extension time to develop some more.

Later: Up to Low-mid $xxx depending on growth of extension
