Raviuta, premium certifications are not done by a person but by a program that uses algorithms. I imagine it was certified due to the generic keywords that make up the name.

there is a small market for a domain like this but still there is a market
the reason i say thins is i host forums and a while back someone created a forum specifically for talking about and posting pictures of females wearing stockings....

you would need to find a person or group that are into stocking fetish for the domain to have any value IMO
for most ppl the domain is worth less then reg fee

Thing is like.. when I get some verry good google and overture tool results for some of my Domain names.. It's Appraised saying we shouldn't go by the results always... Now when I go like that I am being showed the results..

When I Buy a premium domain certified name.. it's not good again.. Can anyone share their ideas on how to go on buying a good domain name?

It's Really Hard for someone new like me in this business. And Guess what I have already brought over 100 domain names.

yeah. Im wondering what people think when they say "premium certified". If you pay money for certification than yes, they will make it premium. and that's basically it.

I don't think it's a premium name, sry. maybe im just picky, but im not.

Well it's not actually certification or something..It's a Free service which finds out if your domain name is premium or not.. It is believed that Premium Domain names sell at a good price. But Not everybody agrees to that.
