Newsletter Script

Hi,

Im in need of a scriptor that is able to make me the following simple script.

Type: Newsletter
Lan: PHP, MySQL
Details:

The script needs to be able to send 2 types of news-letters 1 monthly and 1 qrtly, they also need to be able to include attachments. The user should have the choice to sign up for either or both letters at signup, and have the same choice at the unsubscribe stage.

The script needs to include an option on unsubscription in each email sent.

Each newletter sent should be able to include custom elements e.g subject.
And an option to set the from address

The Admin (who sends the newsletters) needs an area where he can send the newsletters, and manage users.( add and remove)

Would be nice if it notified admin of dead email addreses etc but is optional.

The Script needs to be easily implementable in a current design, for example i could just use the include command to include the signup and unsubscibe forms.

No graphic work is needed. Just nice and simple script..

No staff levels needed, you could even just .htaccess protect it

HTML sending in the email would be great to..
