Newsletter Publishing Software

I am looking for a freeware application that will allow me to send email newsletters and lets people sign up and unsubscribe from my website. You know, like the pros have, only it doesnt have to be fancy, im not gonna have zillions of subscribers. Any ideas?

Hey, take a look here, there's numerous freeware mailing list scripts around. I think this looks quite nice. If you are looking for a remotely hosted script, I would recommend YourMailingListProvider. Let me know if that's what your looking for.
