I don't guess I have to explain these names. This Christmas season is all about the new games on the market. Sure it is about the consoles right now. But new games will be rolling out steadily as they have for the past 25 years.

So please give your appraisals on the following names:

NewGameForum.com
NewGamesForum.com

Thanks,
David

Nothing special. They are alittle to long. I have to go with regular fee undeveloped.

I appreciate your appraisals. Expertise is overblown in the domain world. I have watched many of my expertly appraised domains go far afield form the numbers given. This is actually the rule and not the exception.

I do wonder how anyone can complain about length in this day and age. 12 & 13 letters are hardly long when you peruse DNJournal.

Also I am not sure how one can devalue others names over length issues when that person has longer names themselves.

Thanks again,
David

The domains in my sig aren't mine. I am being paid to list their links. I'm simply saying that on average long domain names don't go as high. If you find an end user, you could easily reach thousands, but for a normal sale, you won't fetch more than regular fee or so.

Thank you for the clarification.

I still look at my sales history and see that my highest sales have been associated with longer domains.

I appreciate your input as far as the difference between someone who is not interested and an end-user. Maybe there should be 4 sections when an appraisal is given.

1- An uninterested observer - "$0 - Reg Fee"
2- A reseller - "Reg fee to as little as possible"
3- A developer - "nominal price to a valuated risk"
4- End User - "Beyond developer risk to the stars"

I agree that someone who isn't in the business... say Larry King... may not pay $10 for Business.com. On the other hand, some ohrases have value regardless of party's interest.

Thanks again for your valued input.

David
