domain Never sold a domain before! + 1 site appraisal.

Sad, but true. With so many projects already on my hands, I decided to do a clean-up operation with my domains.

The problem is - I have never sold a domain in my life before, so I don't know how to properly evaluate each of them.

These are the domains I am thinking to get rid of. Please post what you think each of them (or part of them) is worth. I am not going to be offended if some of them are registration value, I just want to be fair. However, I am pretty sure some of them are worth more.

WEB SITE APPRAISAL

I have a web site which I never had time to launch. I have had few requests from people who wanted to buy the domains from me before.

The web site is completely setup and just sitting there. All the new owner will have to do is change the PayPal address in admin panel.

QUESTION: What can I sell it for?

if you really want someones opinion I will give you mine, All the domains are very long and therefore not very brandable. The site looks like a template which anyone here can get for free within 5 minutes if they were interested in one. The responses should indicate interest, I would recommend you try listing the names in the for sale thread or try auctioning them in the auction thread, As far as I am concerned -/+ reg fee on all names.

TT, as I mentioned above, I am a reasonable person, but what you said "registration value" makes me think that you probably didn't even look at the list of domains in the first place, or you just don't know how to appraise value properly. Take just ATTEND.NET for example. If you think this domains comes at registration value, then all I can say is sorry. I purchased the domain 2 years ago at low $XXX. With sharply decreased number of single dictionary word domains (com/net), I doubt the value declined to its registration value.

..don't come around often, as it is a base for starting a powerful network of forums with good potential. Your evaluation is just surprising.

I base my judgments on 1. brandability 2. revenue projections 3. common uses

IMHO ( without trying to upset you ) you mention attend

brandability score 1
revenue projection score 1
common use score 1

granted it is a short domain but its again IMHO not very servicable it's like saying any 6 letter .net is rare and premium it just does not work that way, plus its also a net extension. You also mention a few of your longer domains granted they have good keywords but again i just dont see much value in these names if you can provide me with traffic/uniques/revenue stats that clarifies these as high value domains please do as someone in the forums may be interested to buy them. I take great care in evaluating each domain i comment on and without any statistical information I am standing by my original comments.
