There's nothing wrong with Hand-registering brand new domains. There have been plenty of domainers that have registered a $10 domain name and resold it for hundreds or thousands of dollars that same week.

I would recommend only registering brandable domain names that have end user potential. Look at what domains are being sold and see what makes them so valuable. Unless you post your domains on the forum we can't say whether or not yours are any good.

It's always possible to find valuable domain names yourself before anyone else. Just try to make sure they are actually valuable first!

you need to ask yourself 2 questions:
1. what would YOU do with this domain? (keep and develop for yourself or sell?)
2. If sell, what would end user do with this domain.

registering brandable domains are needed only if you know for sure this would be a wonderful brand for someone, or if you are opening a company yourself and want it for you. keep in mind that out of 1000 brandable domains may be 1 would find its end user.

hand registering "exact google searches" is for people who can develop the domain into some blog talking about that search, and generating views and clicks for google ads. this kind of domains become valuable either after they get developed, or if there is plenty of search results and buyers see the potential.

hand registering premium keywords .... well... good luck with that. lol.

so first, ask yourself the question what you going to do with the domain, do you personally see the potential in it, and keep in mind that hand registered domains are in 95% or more have no traffic at all, well unless they generate natural type-ins, that happens sometime with exact google searches or premium keywords :).
good luck.

domain push from one account to another account within godaddy is free.
domain transfer from one registrar to another registrar is not free.

push you can do after 5 days of registering domain.
transfer you can do after 60 days of registering domain.

in terms of transfer you both need to have some kind of domain registrar account, it doesnt have to be the same. you could have godaddy account where your domain is, and buyer could have let say domainsite.com account. he would require a transfer from his domainsite.com account, you would unlock domain and give him the Auth code and approve the transfer when you get the transfer request email. its simple. transfer usually cost about registration fee or a bit less.

when you both have account at the same registrar like godaddy then its push, which is free. when you click on "launch" domain in your godaddy account you will see something like change domain ownership. you will need to know the buyer's godaddy account code.

Something to think about is that some domains that have never been registered could in fact hold more value than a domain that has been registered. For example a domain that shows a history of having been dropped several times could show an indication that the domain is not as desirable as some may have thought. Otherwise the people who previously owned the domain would of held onto it.

Thanks for answers ! Many things i still dont know about reselling domains, so far I've learned from my own mistakes, and few days ago i sold my first domain what is very good and motivating for me to keep buying and selling domains. When you mention about dropped domains is that really something to seriously consider? When is 5reg and 4drops or 3r and 4d shown in whois history does that mean domain is not worth to buy at all?
best regards!

When domain dropps once we can assume that it could be an accident, previous owner forgot to renew, died or somethiing... But when domain drops multiple times it cant be an accidental drop, its just a worthless domain.
