Zero, in my opinion. Non-English word + number + English word; I have no clue what would be use of it. It could pass as brandable domain, but one would have great difficulties to pronounce the domain - "It's nine-nine-nine-dot-com, but first nine is actually German word for "no" that is pronounced in similar way, second nine is number nine, and third nine is number nine written with letters, not number..." Makes no sense to me.
