Needed: 2008 + 2009 Calendar Templates

Hi

I need 2008 + 2009 calendar templates in .psd format. See 2007 Calendar as an example of what I need.

I need the calendar templates to be like the example only I don't need any images at the top - nor the specific holidays. The template must contain room for easy placement of the top image though, complete with the month text. And all 12 months per year of course.

If you can make the layout look better - that's great!
