I have been the appraisal route and, of course, the value is all over the spectrum.

Thanks to everyone who offered some input. I am kinda suprised as I have a two offers on the table for more than the reg fee, but, I agree they definately need some development. I think I'll hold them a while and maybe work on some content and traffic.

I would sell them and find a better name to develop, something shorter and possibly a term used in real life.

IMO Reg Fee for the bottom 2 and I think the first one
has value in it's descriptive name and will increase in time.
