Need some design work + possible development. Suggestions + Offers

Well, here is my story:
I sell digital goods on eBay mainly. Occasionally I sell real life items, but mostly digital goods. The company name is Ask-Chris, and I own Ask-Chris.com. Currently all there is on the website is a coming soon page.

I need a site developed. Of course it needs a design, but I also need help. I want to set it up so that I can also sell my products on the website, not just eBay. I currently use payloadz.com for processing of goods.

I don't have much to spend at the moment just $15, but I will paypal more money as soon as I get it. I purchased a lot of items in the past few days.

My eBay ID is ask-chris.

Is anyone willing to help me with this?

In the past 30 days i've made: $111.76 alone, just by digital goods. I believe that if I had a fully working website, I could generate some traffic, and sell even more.

Anyone please post suggestions + possible offers.

Well, as of now, everyone is free to submit sample templates, and I will choose the winner and send them. I found a coder, etc. I just need web design work.
