Need some advise on classes

I’m looking into taking a class or two in the next few months. I am debating whether I want to take web design or programming class. I know Photoshop pretty good to make basic templates but nothing too fancy. As for programming I know xhtml and css fairly well and just a touch of PHP and C++
I really love doing both of these things, I guess its just a matter what type of job market is out there for these types of jobs.

any help or suggestions would be great
