Need small reseller hosting

After a recent hosting disaster I now have a new host but now think its better to also have a 2nd host for backup purposes if anything goes wrong with main host I can just change nameservers and have my sites running again quickly. Since it wont be used apart from storing the files most of the time I dont need much resources. I want it to be a reseller (WHM access) because I like to create a new account for each site.

I was thinking something like:
1 GB disk space
3 GB bandwidth
WHM access.

Looking to only spend $1 or $2 per month.

I used to do that but its not as good. If your main domain is abc.com then you add xyz.com your site is also accessible from xyz.com but also xyz.abc.com and abc.com/xyz.com. Also its a bit disorganized, I much prefer 1 account per site.

yeah, it all depends on how you look at it then I don't find it disorganized, I am able to manage - good luck finding a host though
