Need quote for future project

i was wondering if anyone would be able to customize a script for me. it is a image hosting script Here.
Basically what i want is to make it a new template and integrate everything it needs into it. Also have new logo and everything. how much would this cost?

I wouldn't really call that moding the script, but for something like I would charge no more than $80. Im sure you could find someone to go lower. I think this kind of thing normaly runs between $75-$150. And who know, you could possibly find someone to do it for NP$ too!
