I'm a big fan of Tsohost in the UK, but they have servers globally. £14.99 a year and you can host two sites. Use my code (jamesosix)* or google for one for 10% discount.

*Even though it is an affiliate code, I stand by the fact they are the best and that's why I have been with them for about 7/8 years now.

Free hosting is terrible either way.

One reason....
Free hosting means you are not serious about your website.
EG: hey, I am cheap, but do buy this.

Free hosting is good for making test project or temporary web sites. Sometimes good for one page web site. If you have to need to make one page web page then you may use free hosting but be careful to take back up. Because there no guaranty that when they delete your account.

I strongly advise against free hosting. As mentioned above, looks cheap and wont function as well with it being overloaded and may not be as secure.

Not a good look for your website.

You all so miss out on the benefits of CPanel.

Look into GoDaddy/Hostgator/Just Host for low priced hosting.
