Need Critique and Members

Hello Programmers.

I recently created a new Freelance website - www.SearchLancer.com
So far its going good, we have the lowest fees on internet, its 0% for freelancers, and 3% for buyers. We have over 50 programmers, and over 20 buyers. No signup fees, no monthly fees. I hope to compete with other similar websites

Anyway, back to the business, I am looking for any feedback you might have. Suggestions, and Ideas are welcomed.

I don't like this image, it is a little bit offputting. It is too blurry. I think you should get a better one.

I agree, that image doesnt look too good.
also the top grey bar, the buttons are on top ob it seems to cut off abruptly maybe keep it running until the blue box finishes?
