Need AutoRank Install

I just downloaded the free Autorank software from:
http://www.jmbsoft.com/software/ar/

but already I got some problems installing it.
so I am looking for someone who can install it for me. I am also willing to pay you, if needed!
within the package there's a installation guide, but it looks like I can't figure it out

Please post here if you can do it, and if you're looking for a payment, how much would it be.
