domain Need appraisal!

I'm being asked about the purchase of my of my sites:

www.bbackdoors.com

This site appeals to the younger age, around 18-35 year olds. Traffic for this site is ranges from 6000 to 7000 uniques a month. The guy wanting to purchase my site has been working on a dating site and would incorporate the chat room entrances with the dating site. I guess I'm asking for a full site appraisal along with the domain name and the other domain names that go with it, which include:

www.bbackdoors.net
www.bbackdoors.org

Any info will be useful!

While 6000 uniques is good, its still a mid-size number, traffic wise. However, I like the 18-35 demographics, as these are the folks who have cash to burn for a dating site. You should be able to ask for more if you already have some sort of revenue stream from the website, which can then be projected over the next few years.

The .net and .org are nice to have, but don't really add much value to the package IMO. Good luck with your sale.

If iy were my site, I'd ask for mid to high $X,XXX.
