Design wise - the imagery is of poor quality, it is good that you've used a liquid layout, but does look odd on widescreen (I'm viewing 1440 x 990), there also seems to be a lot of wasted whitespace between the tool and the bottom footer - I'm sure you could keep it all above the fold.
Also if you disable styles / images, it is not a pretty picture; this makes it harder if visitors have these options turned off, and also for those who are disabled.
