Need a PHP Game Making

Firstly has anyone here ever played the online game GoatTraders?!

It was a PHP Game where you started off with a set ammount of cash, and you could buy goats. Each hour or whatever the prices would fluctuate, and you could sell. You also could buy food, pens, staff, etc to look after then, which would increase the values. Stuff like that.

Anyway I was wondering if anyone here was competant enough to programme me a PHP Game similar to this?
