Need a Design

I got refered here to a friend of mine to come looking for a design.

Heres the deal though, I can only offer around $20 for the design, but will offer some kind of other incintive such as your link/banner rotating on the website..

Its a gaming website, and I want the layout to be something other than the standard left navigation, center content, and right advertisement
