It would have been better in .com but you missed that one. It's a bit long for me but many companies don't seem to mind for some odd reason.

Your issue is a company has recently filed for a TM which hasn't been assigned, or approved but it could get complicated which would not be worth your time on this one since you just registered the domain.

Contact GD and Grace Delete and start over...
