I sold "SurgeMail.com" back in the heyday for a pretty penny, so don't think that the word "Surge" on the internet isn't pretty powerful. Slight issue here with viewing it as "Names Urge", and almost feel like it would be even more impactful in the reverse order ... "SurgeNames.com" (available). That being said, good domain name overall ... $28.75 - $42.50+, IMHO. Make a logo for it and make it happen.

If developed has potential. I just find that one can come up numerous mates with "name" that are similar in meaning that probably wouldn't generate alot of wholesale $. It does have a nice ring to it though.
