I checked godaddy and it is not available and I also checked the whois and it was registered with Registrar: Internet Domain Service BS Corp.
Someone took your advice so good work. But why did you not register it yourself if you thought of it and thought it was a good domain?

Oh wow.. Glad that someone took the name. Regarding why I not registered, well.. I thought the name has a great potential to get developed and I am not a developer or active marketer... NameChips might get hot if cleverly developed while chinese and other investors are active and domain names of different categories are treated as chips of different values.
