MySQL Using Transaction ??

I'm using MySQL 5 with C Sharp/.NET and Connector/NET for connecting the database. I've got the MySQL Administrator through which makes it easy to do things in MySQL. I need to enable InnoDB with Transactions on MySQL and although I've installed Transactional Database through MySQL Configurator tool, whenever I TICK the box InnoDB in MySQL Adminsitrator, the MySQL is unable to start displaying error 'Couldn't start MySQL'. When I UNTICK the box, MySQL starts successfully. Any idea ?
