Mysql problem

i am transfering oscommerce to new host

i am facing this error when i was traansfering database

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax.  Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1 AUTO_INCREMENT=4' at line 17

what does that mean?

it is most likely the charset section that is causing the problem.

Try taking out DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1 in all of your queries (remember to bakup the sql file first tho)
