MySQL help please!

Trying to install some php scripts and the program asked me for:
MySQL server, username, password and database name. What are those? I created a user, password and database through CPanel, but what is the MySQL server? Is it my main domain or the add-on domain (into which the script is to be installed and to which the script has been uploaded).

Also, what does this mean?

Warning: mysql_connect(): Host 'xxx.yyy-zzz.net' is blocked because of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts' in /home/abcdef/public_html/domain/phpscript/abc.inc.php on line 26

Just put localhost for the server and use your CPanel details for the rest like you are, hope this helps :D

MySql is a database commonly used with PHP scripts and programs. Do you have one set up on your server? If so, then you need to add that information to the script.
