MYSQL Dump upload issues

Hi All

Trying to export a mysql files from one server and import onto another but it keeps giving errors.

Its for a PHPlD instal. It creates the category but not the actual links that I already have installed.

I remember before when I transfered some over there was a special way this needed to be done. Tried to follow some online tutorials but its still not working.

Any ideas what I can do?
